FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Do we need a certain amount of outlets or space?

  In most scenario’s a single outlet accommodates 8 console setups. For space we recommend 4 feet around each console, although spacing requirements change depending on the specific game title in use at each console.

• What is included in the setup?

  We’ll provide tables, chairs, consoles, games, screens as well as any necessary wiring needed.

• Does a parent need to be available?

  A minimum of 1 adult must be on the premise at all times. Also for children below the age of 6 we ask that an adult accompany them at all times.

• What does the number of game titles mean?

  Most packages mention 2 Game Titles as an option, this means two different games available on each console. Additional game titles can optionally be added.

• Can we ask for more game titles, hours or consoles?

  You definitely can. A Game Time Specialist can provide further details on the adjusted cost for as many game titles, hours or consoles as you’d like.

• Do we need to pay a deposit to reserve an appointment?

  At time of reservation we require a $100 deposit that is non-refundable. If for some reason you need to cancel your event you can reschedule your party by reaching out to us 7 days before your previously scheduled event.

• What does the custom plan include?

  The custom plans allow for an unlimited amount of time, game titles and consoles to be provided for your event. Several venue’s are also available to host a Game Time party and dependent on capacity and requirements as well as location we’ll provide optional locations. The details can be discussed with a Game Time Specialist to accommodate accordingly.

• How many people are on location?

  One Game Master will be on site for setup as well as supervising the event and helping where needed. Should the event be a larger event held at a venue or a custom event additional Game Master’s can be provided accordingly.
